Hello!

I recently attended the knife skills class with Norbert and I would like to send my appreciation and thanks his way! The class was very informative, set at a great pace, and fun! Norbert was very kind and has a great sense of humor. He was able to answer and demonstrate everything we asked in a way that was easy to understand and learn. I am very excited to practice my knife skills moving forward. I will be recommending his class to friends and family!
