In case you have time or not,……consider losing some weight without being hungry or demotivated and with all of the healthy food any time you want it.
I would like to introduce our new
“Coach’n Cook, Nutrition Program”.
We cook healthy meals, deliver them, monitor your calorie intake and coach you through weekly in person Zoom meetings and you lose weight by staying healthy and eat what you like.
Here is how it works:
Approximately three months ago we were approached by a new client, let’s call her “Olivia”. She asked us if we could provide her with prepared healthy meals AND nutrition coaching. She needed the support and accountability of a weekly check in / weigh in and meals cooked for her to fit her nutrition needs to achieve weight loss.
After a lengthy (zoom) chat with Olivia we (Norbert and I) told her that we would internally discuss this and connect again in a few days with a plan of action!
This was something we have not done before to this extent, but it made sense.
Here at My Chef Lara we plan, cook and deliver meals for anyone with all different needs, such as dietary restrictions due to a health condition, different tastes, low carb diets, no sodium, gluten free, dairy free, food allergies, weight loss, weight gain etc. You name it, we cook it for you.
As for me…. well … I am Holly and I owned my own nutrition business for 19 years. Now we are combining the meal preparation with nutrition coaching …whoa! We decided to combine the two concepts together which required some brainstorming!
Together we came up with our “Coach’n Cook nutrition package”. This package includes the smartphone calorie tracking app “My Fitness Pal”, weekly in person zoom meetings and healthy meals planned, prepared, packaged up and delivered to your home.
With this approach we can track, trace and coach and you can eat healthy and lose weight with the help of a professional who understands your problems and gives you guidance.
I’ve found through the years that accountability works!
Additionally, weekly weigh ins, coaching and having meals provided to the client, all of this really takes the work out of weight loss.
The daily logging into My Fitness Pal is also fun and easy. I enter all your MCL meals and their nutritional values into your My Fitness Pal data base for YOU! You just have to log the rest of your food for the day. You also log your weight into the app once a week. It’s a great way for me to monitor your weight and calorie intake.
Our weekly zoom meetings are a great time to catch up and talk through your week. We chat about how you are feeling, your weight loss and how the meals we prepared for you helped (tasty, satisfying, good spice level, etc.). Depending on how often you get your food delivered (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) that next menu I prepare for you will also be discussed. This menu is based on an interview that Norbert and I have with each new client to discuss their food preferences, allergies, restrictions, likes, dislikes and more. From that interview I design a new menu for you prior to your next service / delivery.
So, in a nutshell, we are very excited to offer this addition to the services we already have in place!!! It is always fun to offer something new and different.
