My Chef Lara is a food genius. I wanted to try some authentic German food before my big trip to Germany and Lara helped me decide on a meal and then came to my house, with all the ingredients, and prepared Rouladen with Knoedel and for desert: Heisse Liebe- for my family. It was outstanding! We couldn’t pronounce it but everything was delicious! She has a way of making complicated preparations look easy. I was impressed by not only her great sense of humor and easy going personality but her sheer talent for understanding what we wanted and presenting a culinary masterpiece! Thank you again!
